Free the kids (the “Organization”) understand the importance of protecting the privacy of its Donors and respect its Donors right to privacy. This policy discloses the Organization’s practices relating to collection, use and disclosure of information that a Donor may provide to the Organization. Before you submit any personal information to the Organization, please thoroughly review the Donor Privacy Policy, and contact us if you have any questions.

Information Collection

The Organization will only collect personal information (such as name, title, company name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address) that a Donor voluntarily provides through our website or e-mail or other correspondence. The Organization may collect general information (such as the type of browser you use, the files you request, and the domain name and country from which you request information) to improve our website and better meet our Donors’ needs.

Use of Information

The personal information a Donor supplies to the Organization is for internal use only and will be used by the Organization to process a Donor’s donation, to respond to a Donor’s inquiry or to supply a Donor with requested information on the Organization. The Organization may contract authorized third parties to collect, track and process such information. Except as required by law, the Organization and such authorized third parties will not unilaterally sell, trade or share a Donor’s personal information with anyone else, nor send Donor mailings on behalf of other organizations. However, if a Donor desires that the Donor’s personal information be shared with a specific individual or entity, the Organization will only share such Donor’s personal information after the Donor has given the Organization specific written permission to do so.

Changes to the Donor Privacy Policy

If this Donor Privacy Policy changes, the revised policy will be posted on the Organization’s website.  Donors are encouraged to check the Organization’s website periodically and especially before providing personal information to the Organization.
