John Ely, Managing Partner
John Ely brings a wealth of knowledge regarding the federal acquisition environment. His resumé includes:
- 15 years as Contracting Officer at the Department of Defense
- 12 years as Director of Information Technology Acquisition and Deputy Procurement Executive at the Internal Revenue Service
- 7 years as Procurement Executive with the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection
